A 200-person company can run useful AI inference locally. The numbers now work.

If AI can make basic needs abundant and help heal Earth, the idea of competing (and often fighting) nations loses purpose. The next human project may begin beyond the planet.

Machines can make competence look abundant. They cannot make a person keep their word. In the post-AI era, integrity becomes the scarce infrastructure.
